Acceptance: Orders for goods are accepted with the understanding that any terms or conditions of sale specified on Buyer’s purchase order contract which are in conflict with, inconsistent or in addition to the terms and conditions of the sale contained herein, shall not be binding upon Seller unless expressly accepted in writing by the Seller.
Delivery: F.O.B. Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Seller agrees to use its best efforts to deliver goods on or before the date set forth on the buyer’s purchase order as long as that date is no less than 3 weeks from date of purchase.
Terms: Payment is due upon shipment of goods. MC,Visa or Paypal.
Loss or Damage: Claims on account of loss and damage must be filed with The Gilded Touch within fifteen (15) days of receipt of shipment to give full basis for such claim. In no event shall Seller’s liability for damages exceed the purchase price of the particular delivery with respect to which such damages are claimed. Damages can either be replaced or a credit issued to the account will be issued.
Returns: All returns are subject to approval. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on any returned merchandise. Returns are not accepted on personalized or custom merchandise. The restocking fee will be waived if there is a defect or error on the part of The Gilded Touch.
Custom Orders: Any custom order cannot be cancelled after production has started. Orders are generally started within 24 hours after fax is received. Cancellation notice must be in writing and FAXED within the appropriate time frame.
Dispute Resolution: Buyer hereby consents to the laws and the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of North Carolina, Forsyth County, as the proper forum to resolve all disputes arising hereunder.
Orders: Minimum opening order is $250.00 Orders cannot be cancelled once in production. Production will begin on regular orders within 48 hours. Orders cancelled after 48 hours will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All cancellations must be in writing--via fax, email.
Applicant’s signature attests financial responsibility, ability and willingness to pay our invoices in accordance with established terms.
